allows a broker to simply refer the note
holder’s name, telephone number, and
accepted price (quote that you offered to
the client). We will work the complete deal
for you by gathering documents, ordering
appraisals and title policies, underwrite
the transaction, etc. In other words,
everything that is necessary to complete the
deal, from beginning to end. You can sit
back, relax, work on other deals, and wait
for your check to come in.
There is no additional charge for this
service. This means you will have our
experienced staff working for you to close
your deals. Your commission stays the same
when you choose this service. This service
allows you more time to find new clients
instead of gathering paperwork and making
follow up phone calls.
We are in the business of buying notes and
that is how we make our money. We are happy
to assist our brokers in everyway that we
can in order to help them transact as much
business as they possibly can.
Charter Financial brokers are given the
opportunity to stay involved in deals if
they prefer. It is up to the broker to
decide his/her own level of participation in
each deal once they have secured the client.
The Charter Financial Advantage™ also
entitles you to free fax services. If you do
not have a fax machine, we will send and
receive Business faxes for you until you are
able to purchase a fax machine of your own.
Just have your client place your name on the
cover page and send it to our toll free
broker fax line. We will then know the fax
is for you and will contact you when we
receive it.
The Charter Financial Advantage™ also
entitles you to our Bonus Program. When you
complete your first transaction with us, you
will receive the price of this course ($195)
back in addition to your commission on your
first deal. If you make a commission of
$3,000 on your first deal you would then
receive $3,195 ($3,000 + $195 = $3,195). We
make money doing deals – Not selling
Information! This means that this course is
actually FREE once you have done your
first transaction. You will also receive a
bonus of $250 on your second deal and a
bonus of $500 on your third. This is extra
money that you can spend for additional
advertising or do whatever you want to with
