Q: How long have you been offering the
“Building Wealth Together” program?
A: We started offering this program in 1997
and it has quickly become “one of the best”

Q: Do I need a license to work this
business?
A: No, you do not.
Q: Why not?
A: Because we are not “originating” loans or
offering mortgages, we are purchasing
existing notes, therefore no license is
required in any State to work as an agent
with our company.
Q: Will I become an employee of Charter
Financial?
A: No you will not. You will become an
Independent Agent, with no quotas to
maintain.
Q: Do you withhold taxes out of my
commission checks?
A: No we do not. Since you are an
Independent Agent you will be provided with
a 1099 Form at the end of the year for tax
reporting purposes.
Q: Are there any territories for your
brokers.
A: No there are not. Every broker is free to
work the business where they want to.
Q: I live outside of the United States,
can I still work this business.
A: You can work this business from literally
anywhere in the world but the notes must
originate from the 50 U.S. States.
Q: Can I work this business with a
partner?
A: Absolutely. You can have as many people
as you like working with you. Some brokers
even hire employees to locate note holders
for them.
Q: Does each person have to purchase the
manual?
A: No they do not. You can share the manual
with anyone who is a business partner of
yours.
Q: Is there anything else to purchase in
order to do this business?
A: No there isn’t. You receive everything
you need the first time with nothing else to
purchase.
Q: What cost will I incur?
A: As an Independent Agent of our company,
you are responsible for all business costs
associated with your new business. This
includes marketing the business, telephone,
business cards, etc.
Q: How will I find the note holders?
A: Teaching you how to locate note holders
is the main focus of the training manual.
Locating note holders is made easy by using
the proven methods we teach you in the
manual. This includes placing small
classified ads, courthouse research, sending
mailouts, purchasing leads, networking, etc.
We discuss every imaginable method of
locating note holders.
Q: Will I have someone help answer my
questions and help me get started?
A: Absolutely, as a matter of fact we offer
60 days free telephone and email support.
This support is invaluable and also includes
free processing of all of your transactions.
Q: I have seen similar programs on TV and
in the newspapers. What makes your program
different from theirs?
A: All of the other programs on the market
today are sold by individuals who are in the
business of “selling you information”. We

of fact, we place all beginning brokers on
an incentive plan. This includes the $195
bonus after completing your first deal, $250
as an incentive on your second deal, and
$500 as an incentive on your third deal.

A: Absolutely. We have helped countless

financial goals.
Q: There are a lot of “scams” out there,
how can I tell this is a legitimate business
opportunity?
A: We have been in business for many years
