Building Wealth Together
|
Rely on the knowledge and support of
Charter Financial to create a steady income
If the idea of “building wealth together”
with a stable knowledgeable company on a
part-time or full time basis appeals to you,
consider the opportunity presented by
Charter Financial.
Founded in 1992 by Leland von Syring,
Charter Financial is a company that
purchases privately held mortgage notes,
court settlements, lottery winnings and
business notes. The business provides lump
sums of cash to individuals who receive
payments from these income streams for the
right to receive their future payments.
Charter Financial is a member of the Houston
Better Business Bureau and the Houston
Chamber of Commerce.
The company’s original vision was to
exclusively purchase mortgage notes from
individuals who wanted to cash out their
note. During the past decade, however, the
company has gradually expanded to other
streams of income. It has also expanded to
include a unique business opportunity and
began focusing on using brokers to locate
notes, rather than relying on advertising
alone. From this idea, the “Building Wealth
Together” program was born.
“Building Wealth Together” has been
extremely successful for the company, which
now has more than 300 brokers working in
every state nationwide. While
the company benefits by no longer having any
cost associated with locating notes, brokers
benefit as well by making a good commission
one each transaction. Many of the company’s
brokers make over six figures annually and
many enjoy the advantages of working the
business on a part-time basis. With an
average commission of $2,300 per transaction
last year, many brokers choose to only
handle one deal a month – not a bad paycheck
for so little effort.
The business opportunity is available for
$195, but Charter Financial goes one step
further. That “start-up” fee is refunded
upon completion of the broker’s first
transaction, and is paid back to the broker
in addition to their regular commission.
Best of all, commissions are determined by
the broker, not the company. For example, if
the company offers to purchase a note for
$100,000 and the broker wishes to make
$5,000, then the broker can offer the note
seller $95,000 for the note, in essence
keeping the difference. Commissions average
five percent of the company’s offer price.
A Bonus plan comes with the program too,
including $250 on a broker’s second
transaction and $500 on their third
transaction.
Charter Financial works closely with the
broker throughout the underwriting process
for each deal, because the company doesn’t
make money until the broker closes a deal.
Assistance is offered in the form of a
training manual, on-going telephone and
email support and processing of the broker’s
transaction, one their client has agreed to
the brokers offer.
Thanks to the “Charter Financial Advantage”,
a broker may simply refer the note holder’s
name, phone number, and accepted price for
the note and the company will complete the
transaction by gather documents, ordering
appraisals and title policies, underwriting
the transaction, and so on. All the broker
has to do is sit back, relax, and work on
other deals while they wait for their check
to come in. All of the company’s support
staff members have owned or operated their
own successful brokerage companies,
providing a good foundation for support.
Whether you’re looking to make a six-figure
income or just want to increase your income
on a part-time basis, Charter Financial has
the opportunity for you.
With the strong support of dedicated and
knowledgeable leaders working with
enterprising brokers, it’s never been easier
to “build wealth together”.
